Eli Njuchi and Driemo have received K5 million each from Copyright Association of Malawi (COSOMA) in recognition of air plays which their music got in the year 2023.
Njuchi’s most played song was Yabaya, a track he featured Zambian Yo Maps seconded by Fumbi which he featured Gwamba.

Second from Driemo and Njuchi are Gibo Pearson and Skeffa who have walked away with K4 million each whilst Zeze kingston, Kell Kay and Lucius Banda have received K3 Million.
Zonke, Malinga Mafia and Great Angels Choir got K2 Million while Ace Jizzy, Beejay, Gwamba, Waxy Kay and Guntolah are among others who have received K1 million.
Copyright Association of Malawi has distributed a total of K505 million under Blank Media Levy royalties to Musicians, Literary Authors and Film Producers.
